Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Sage-Pods platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1. About Sage-Pods

Sage-Pods is an independent exam preparation platform designed to help candidates study for certifications including PMP, CAPM, CISSP, and SSCP. Sage-Pods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Project Management Institute (PMI), ISC2, or any other certification body. All certification names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. Use of the Platform

By registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content, questions, or materials from this platform.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract exam questions or platform content by any means.
• Not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

3. Purchases, Refunds, and Access

All purchases on Sage-Pods are for digital access to exam preparation materials and are processed securely via Stripe. The following applies to all purchases:

• Access to exam attempts is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Each exam attempt is counted once started, regardless of whether it is completed.
• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once an exam attempt has been initiated.
• Refund requests for unused access (where no attempt has been made) may be considered at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at sagepodshelp@gmail.com.
• Coaching sessions purchased as add-ons must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase or they will expire.
• Voucher codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to exam questions, explanations, study materials, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Sage-Pods and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal exam preparation only. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Sage-Pods provides study and practice materials to assist with exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, prior knowledge, and the candidate's performance on the day of the exam. No refunds will be issued on the basis of failing a certification exam.

6. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure our question bank and study materials are accurate and up to date. However, certification exam syllabi and content change over time. Sage-Pods does not warrant that all content is error-free or reflects the most current exam objectives. Users are encouraged to cross-reference with official certification body resources.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining access or purchased attempts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sage-Pods and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
